Long Format

We recently had a Septic Tank and System installed on our property.
We had no experience in this, having never had to have one before as this is our first ‘Rural’ property.
We decided to go with ‘Garden Master’ because we found that they we a Family owned, operated and run business, their pricing was more than competitive and Troy Speed was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and we feel cared enough to go above and beyond what was necessary.
The team kept us informed and guided us throughout the entire (to us complicated) process making it stress free for us and giving us full confidence in our (as it turned out) correct decision, even to point handling all of the Council requirements.
Therefore we completely recommend Garden Master to anyone that needs a Septic Tank and system as we are more than happy with our choice and we look forward to dealing with them for any of our service needs in the future as we have every confidence in their ongoing support.

18months in…. with my new Garden Master system. Happy to share my testimonial. Replacing a competitor brand system after 25 years. Fitted now with new Garden Master Septic system. Did have a wiring issue,but on house side,and not on the Garden Master side. 10/10 score for help,and assistance , to rectify this from their team of technicians. Here is a good tip.
When the electrican needs to connect to the system, make sure the sparky, has plenty of wire( good loop),on the tails when connecting, to the connection box.
If the wiring moves under the weight of dirt , or active clay,it could pull the tails from the connector box, and you”ll lose power. Highly recommend the Garden Master system.

I can not recommend Garden Master any more highly! Their management of our existing system is fantastic and Troy has gone above and beyond with respect to our application for additional system for our new build! He is knowledgeable across all local council’s individual requirements, and will ensure his application is exactly what they are seeking. If you need a new septic system definitely go and see Garden Master!

Highly recommend Garden Master at Rutherford. Troy and his team are extremely helpful and communication and customer service is top on their priority. A lot of other companies say they will call you back, or they are going to do something and they never do. However, Troy was on the ball and always called back and actioned what he said he would do. Even going over and above to help us through some council issues. Pricing was the best around and we have recommended to many others building in the estate we are building in, to go and see Troy and his team. They will not be disappointed!!

If anyone is in the market for a new Aerated waste water system i wouldn’t go anywhere else but Garden master.

Not only is the product itself fabulous but you can see that the time and effort has gone into the system making sure it works great.
the service techs seem to know what they are doing and gave me a run through of the system and if i ever have any questions which i definitely do regarding the products that go into the system the office staff are incredibly helpful and so easy to talk to unlike other office environments that try to get you off the phone quickly.

i will continue to get my system serviced by these guys, they do a great job!
