The Garden Master AWTS is environmentally-friendly and closely mimics the waste water treatment processes widely found in nature. Since these pioneering days the Garden Master system has been continually improved and today the Garden Master "Elite" System has become one of the most popular ten person on-site systems on the market today. In many local government areas the Garden Master "Elite" is the industry leader.
Each Garden Master is subject to Quality Assurance Services (QAS) product certification with the concrete tanks complying to Australian Standards AS/.NZS 1546.1 and the Treatment process has been tested and complies with AS/NZS 1546.3. All Garden Master systems, have been certified by the NSW Department of Health and local government regulators.
Garden Master manufactures each and every system at its factory on the NSW Central Coast. All Garden Master systems are assembled and tested at the factory prior to shipping to the customer's premises for final installation. The design philosophy behind all Garden Master systems is to solve our customer's on site wastewater problems using proven, economical and self-contained systems. The technology is modular and readily scalable to allow for future expansion or varying customer needs.
System performance is routinely monitored and is further subject to an approved testing audit program by NATA approved testing laboratories.
Garden Master is continually researching the latest technologies and has one of the most extensive Research & Development programs in the industry. Garden Master, through a program on continual product improvement is able to ensure that its customers have access to the most effective onsite waste water technologies whether the application is a single domestic household through to caravan parks and motels, sports and other recreational facilities, small community systems and specialised industrial operations.
Garden Master has appointed an extensive network of fully trained customer support centres with senior staff located in major market centres throughout NSW. These customer support centres work closely with local shire councils and can provide up-to-date advice on local government regulations and can assist with the preparation of the necessary applications to the council to ensure that the Development Approval is obtained consistent with any building project timetable requirements.
All Garden Master systems are designed to function automatically and to give many years of trouble free service. The concrete tanks carry a manufacturer's guarantee for 25 years and the electrical components for two years. A fully trained and accredited field support team is on call to provide routine and emergency service. Field service reports are completed after each service and copies given to the customer and to the local shire council authorities as required.
