Garden Master Pump to Sewer Systems
In some Council areas you will be required to install a Pump to Sewer system. This system collects all your household waste and stores the solids on site in the septic chamber of the tank while the grey water is pumped to the sewer connection.

GARDEN MASTER  PS 10

The Garden Master 7100 litre Pump to Sewer system comprises of a single concrete tank fitted with an internal divider making it one of the most efficient pump out holding tanks on the market. The unit includes an Ircum DC 12 dirty water pump, designed to give years of trouble free maintenance.

The in house monitoring system, audible as well as visual is included. The electronic’s have an over ride switch to be manually operated when the alarm is activated. Concrete manholes to access the internals are provided. The weatherproof cover on top of your Garden Master is colored green to blend in with the surroundings. This cover houses the electronic’s with safety reset. The system is classed as a holding tank and will take all your household waste. Solids entering the tank will stay in the first chamber where a (1/3 - 2/3) baffle is placed until such time as a pump out is needed.

APPROVALS

In the case of an installation into a new dwelling, you are required to make application to both the local council and the water board for the approval of the installation of the tank. Your agreement with Garden Master is conditional upon an approval from the relevant authorities.

Garden Master will take care of the application on the customers behalf, and the customer will be required to pay the appropriate fee. The approval process can take from two to six weeks. As we cannot install any tank without the necessary approval the customer must keep this in mind when estimating the installation date.

INSTALLATION

The delivery of the tank will be by a crane truck capable of placing the tank in the excavated hole. (Where access is restricted other suitable means will be used at the owners expense.) Be sure to place a 50mm layer of sand in the bottom of the hole.
